During May 2022, we supplied our Taxi Marshal Service to Boat International Media for an event at The Guildhall in EC2. Our Taxi Marshals assisted 350 guests into waiting taxis after the event.

If you are planning an important event this summer, our Taxi Marshal Service can help get your guests home safely and efficiently.
Our marshals, who are licensed London taxi drivers, aid passengers to get a Licensed London Black Taxi to their destination and provide a safe waiting environment.
As all Licensed London Black Taxis have wheelchair facilities, the Marshals will also be able to assist any disabled passengers to get home safely.
As part of the service, our Taxi Share Scheme enables the Marshals to place up to 5 or 6 passengers in the same taxi, thus reducing waiting times and allowing the passengers to share the fare.
We publicise your event to all of our drivers, as well as to all other major London Black Taxi circuits, thus ensuring a steady stream of waiting taxis.

Our Taxi Marshals Howard and Barry organised a queue of waiting taxis and assisted departing guests to ensure their safe ride home.

You want to look after your guests even after they leave your event venue. Don’t spoil your perfect event by letting your honoured guests struggle to find safe transportation. Our Taxi Marshal Service can help get your guests home safely and efficiently.
Ahead of the event, we publicise your event to all of our drivers, as well as to all other major London Black Taxi circuits. There is a vast Twitter network of London taxi drivers, and we publicise your event via that network, as well as via Facebook and other social media.
During the event, at least one Taxi Marshal will position himself on the nearest main road and flag down any passing taxis and direct them to your venue.
At least one other Taxi Marshal will then organise your guests into the waiting taxis. If guests wish to share a taxi, the Taxi Share Scheme enables the Marshals to place up to 5 or 6 passengers in the same taxi, thus reducing waiting times and allowing the guests to share the fare.
Your guests will pay for their taxi fares in cash. Our fees do not include the cost of the actual taxi fare.

The gala was held on behalf of the charity Action on Addiction, a registered charity with treatment centres throughout England. They have a specialist family service, innovative research programmes, and an expert training centre. Their vision is to free people from addiction. The gala was attended by the charity’s patron HRH The Duchess of Cambridge.
At the end of the event, our Taxi Marshals assisted guests into waiting Licensed London Taxis for a safe ride to their destinations.

We provided taxi marshals to marketing agency Adoreum for an event at Somerset House.
The event “Isabella Blow: Fashion Galore!” was a major fashion exhibition celebrating the extraordinary life and wardrobe of the late British patron of fashion and art.
Our marshals assisted 800 guests into waiting taxis after the event.
Our Taxi Marshals helped 360 guests to get taxis after an event at the Tate Modern.
The event was the Unilever Series Dinner celebrating the Artist Tacita Dean’s installation in the Turbine Hall of the Tate Modern. Tacita Dean is the latest artist to create a commission for Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall as part of the Unilever Series.
The event was arranged by the corporate entertaining company Alison Price.
Tacita Dean is a British artist now based in Berlin, best known for her use of film. Dean’s films act as portraits or depictions rather than conventional cinematic storytelling, capturing fleeting natural light or subtle shifts in movement.
360 guests, leaving the Tate Modern between 9pm and midnight last night, had the security and convenience of having Licensed London Black Taxis on-hand to get them safely home. Getting that many taxis to one place during a specified time period is a specialist service that our taxi marshals perform with utmost precision.
